Our Kimchi is freshly made in Newcastle, UK with simple ingredients from the nature.

No artificial flavour, no artificial preservatives and they are all vegan. 

It's not Helen's family recipe as that would be too strong and too spicy for daily meal but she managed to develop the perfect balance in between fresh sour flavour and spiciness so that you can add to any meal or cook with, yet still enjoy traditional flavour.
